Muscat

Upon request I am now doing this thing in English so that you guys across the Atlantic can get a glimpse on whats going on down here.

To summ things up: Im in Oman with my girlfriend and were staying at her dads place since he is working down here. Oman is in the middle east and and we are about 4 hours from Dubai in the capital of Oman called Muscat. We are going to be here for a month and we have covered about a week so far.

We have mostly been relaxing, going to the beach, and just been hangin out. We are soon gonna get into the good stuff such as desert activities and camel riding. We are most likely going to hit up Dubai over a weekend here in the near future and see whats hot over there. Speaking of hot, it gets crazy hot down here. Were talking 120F, and thats in the shade. Stay in the sun for  too long and your in trouble.

Today we actually managed to hang out on the beach for about 3 hours before we succumbed and retreated to our rental... I do think we spent 99% of that time in the water though. We are really having a awesome time down here and people are really friendly. Would not mind staying here for a while actually. Well that was a quick run down on whats going on down here for you non Swedish speaking people.  I will continue blogging in English so stay tuned.
